Blessings and Relief for Extension and Development
About BREAD:
Blessings and Relief for Extension and Development (B.R.E.A.D) is a ministry of the International Baptist Church currently located at Dona Clara Village, Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City, Philippines.
It has been founded in the year 1987 with the aim of feeding hungry children with food, but also giving their hungry souls the Bread of life.
This mission has been derived from the philosophy that "people do not care what we know unless they know that we care", guided by the values of faith and generosity.
Up to now, the BREAD ministry is still living by its purpose and is currently feeding an average of 800 children of ages 2 to 16 years old weekly.
B.R.E.A.D also extends academic scholarship to indigent children who are regular recipients of Feeding Program.
They are given free breakfast, school supplies, school uniform, and their school fees. Grantees here are kindergarten to high school students.
Their souls are also being taken care of through Home Bible Study, and Discipleship.
